Kent State University at Trumbull is opening the Hart’s School of Performing Arts in October.
Shiloh Hart was featured on WKBN for starting an eight-week program for high school students searching for knowledge and experience in the performing arts.
“I just thought it was an excellent opportunity to take everything I’ve learned over the years and gone through when I was in high school and bring it back to this area,” Hart told WKBN.
According to the school website, Hart will be offering workshops, one-acts, and private lessons for ages K-12.
“I feel like you see a lot of singing and acting and dancing but there is so much more to the theater,” Hart told WKBN.
