Exciting Children’s Shows Coming to Central Park for June and July

The City of Green and the Green Branch of the Akron-Summit County Public Library are happy to announce free children’s events this summer at the Central Park Amphitheater, 1795 Steese Rd! Family-favorites like Outback Ray and the Akron Zoo-mobile are scheduled for shows throughout the season. Each week, there will be a different free show for children and their families. The shows are on select Wednesdays at 11 am and Thursdays at 10 am.

Not ready for the fun to end? Pack a picnic and enjoy Central Park, visit the Splash Pad, or spend time at the playground! If necessary, additional parking is available at Green Memorial Stadium, 1755 Town Park Blvd., and 1795 Steese Road. Visit cityofgreen.org and akronlibrary.org for more details.
