Compost Your Pumpkins with Rubber City Reuse November 26

Are your decorative squashes beginning to look squashed? Don’t let them go to waste! Bring your unwanted pumpkins, gourds, and squashes to us so they can be composted.

The City of Hudson has partnered with Rubber City Reuse to host this complimentary disposal event. Rubber City Reuse will compost the material at EPA-licensed composting facilities, turn it into nutrient-rich soil, and deliver it to community gardens in Summit County to help make nutritious vegetables accessible for more families.

Drop-off is at our service facility at 1769 Georgetown Rd on November 26, 10am-12pm.
