Mayor Anzevino visited McDowell Elementary School's festival and book fair this past weekend to help celebrate Disability Book Week. He met McDowell student Isabella Higgins who is the main character in her mom Megan’s children’s book Super Special Magic Shoes. Megan’s is just one of the books featured at the event.
