On Saturday, March 29, former North High School standout Payton Willenkamp’s current college team, the Rockford Regents, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Edgewood Eagles.

The game took place at RU Campus Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Regents’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 2 p.m. at RU Campus Softball Field against Maranatha Baptist Sabercats.
