North High School standout Payton Willenkamp’s college team won in NCAA Division III softball game on Thursday, March 20

On Thursday, March 20, former North High School standout Payton Willenkamp’s current college team, the Rockford Regents, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Beloit Buccaneers.

The game took place at Strong Complex Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Regents’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 12 p.m. at Neumann Family Softball Field, against Wisconsin Lutheran Warriors.
