On Wednesday, January 10, former Bishop Chatard High School standout, Zakia Rasheed’s current college team, the Akron Zips, won 70-62 in their NCAA D1 game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place in Akron, Ohio. This was the first matchup against the Central Michigan Chippewas this season.

The Akron Zips’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, January 13 at 2 p.m. in Buffalo, New York.
