City of Green Hosts Booster Shot and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on February 23

City of Green issued the following announcement on Feb. 10

The City of Green is partnering with Rite Aid Pharmacy to provide COVID vaccines and vaccine booster shots to eligible individuals on Wednesday, February 23 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the John Torok Community and Senior Center, 4224 Massillon Road.

Individuals age 18 and older can receive their first dose, second dose, or booster shot of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. Individuals ages 16 and 17 may receiver first dose, second dose, or booster of the Pfizer vaccine. Individuals age 5 and older may receive first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine with parent or guardian present.

Booster shots are only available to individuals who are at least 6 months since their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Please specify first dose, second dose, or booster when registering for your appointment. Vaccine card is required for boosters.

Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid cards are required along with a photo ID. Masks are mandatory in all City of Green buildings.
