The University Of Akron School Of Music issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Huge congratulations to senior tuba performance major Jessica Payne! She has won the Ages 20-28 division and was Grand Champion runner-up in the SchoolOfBrass.com multimedia competition. This was an international, judged event. The video is of Jessica playing her own transcription of Pines of Rome.
