Rep. Emilia Strong Sykes, who represents Ohio’s 13th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of updates on her social media accounts highlighting events and initiatives relevant to her constituents.

Emilia Sykes has represented Ohio’s 13th District since replacing Tim Ryan in Congress in 2023 and previously served in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2015 through 2022. Born in Akron, Ohio in 1986, she continues to reside there and holds degrees from Kent State University and the University of Florida.
