On Tuesday, November 21, former Lyons Township High School standout, Tavari Johnson’s current college team, the Akron Zips, lost 59-79 in their NCAA D1 game against the Drake Bulldogs.

The game took place in George Town, Cayman Islands. This was the first matchup against the Drake Bulldogs this season.

The Akron Zips’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, November 28 at 10 p.m. in Las Vegas, Nevada.
