Branch Collection Update 6/9/22

52

BRANCH COLLECTION PROGRAM UPDATE 6/15/22: Our entire Public Works crew has worked non-stop collecting branches for the past 11 days to help residents clean up after the June 1 storm. Collection is now complete in the east half of Hudson (east of SR 91), minus Stow Road which will be finished by tomorrow morning. We will not be returning to the east half of Hudson for additional pick up. If you still have branches or debris, please contact your trash hauler for their yard waste pick up information.

Our crews are now moving into the west half of Hudson for branch pick up. Residents in this half of Hudson may place branches along the curb until 7 a.m. on Friday, June 17 if we have not collected on your street yet. Our crews will make one pass on each street of the west half of Hudson and will not return for any branches placed after passing. The amount of time it takes to complete this side of Hudson depends on the amount of branches left to collect. Crews will make their way through all streets as fast as possible.

Remember, we are unable to take the following items: logs, tree trunks, stumps, dead bushes/plants, piles of cut ornamental grass, lawn clippings, or other yard waste. Please do not place these items at the curb as they increase how long it takes to complete collection. These items will be left at the curb if included in your pile. We are only able to accept branches at this time. Thank you for helping make this pick up program a success!

Post Storm Branch Collection Update 6/9/22:

Our crews continue to work their way around Hudson to pick up the significant amount of branches left by last week’s storm. Collection will continue until all branches are picked up, so please be patient as we work our way to your address.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to take the following items: logs, tree trunks, stumps, dead bushes/plants, piles of cut ornamental grass, lawn clippings, or other yard waste. These items will be left at the curb. We are only able to accept branches from the recent storm at this time. Thank you for helping make this pick up program a success!
